Class	Description
Group A1	Moses Lake School District - School curricular and extracurricular groups, such as performing arts, athletics, Associate Student Body clubs, etc; Faculty, curriculum, and staff development meetings; School support groups, such as PTSA and booster clubs; Any MLSD sponsored training, meeting, event;
Group A2	Moses Lake School District Partners in Education - Office of Superintendent of Public Instruction (OSPI); North Central Educational Services District (NCESD); Grant County Technical Skills Center Consortium districts outside of MLSD. Washington Interscholastic Athletic Association (WIAA) district, regional, or state playoff. Use of MLHS Theater, Lions Field, CBTech, and Meeting Rooms charged at Group B rates.
Group A3	City of Moses Lake, Moses Lake Parks & Recreation programs - City of Moses Lake meeting, training, or activities; Moses Lake Parks & Recreation programs (youth and adult). *Locations listed as exceptions in Interlocal Agreement charged as agreed upon
Group B	Local non-profit groups; state and local governing agencies not meeting directly with MLSD staff/students
Group C	Groups without non-profit status
